Great camping spot at a provincial campground. $20. By far the best value anywhere I have been. Well done NFLD. We were off early. A bit of tough sand to start the day. Deep sand, tough going for sure. Then the rest of the day was a real mixture. Rough, smooth and everything in between. Even got a little pavement. The great views and amazing people made for a memorable day.
We ended the day at the Pirate’s Haven RV park. Run by Ruth and her family. What a nice friendly place. A shower, great food and a nice spot for the tent. Could it get any better after 100k and 7 hours in the saddle?
