River Time

I know, don’t mention the fact that we had more rain.  Well, I won’t mention it.  While waiting to depart we had breakfast in the camp shelter.  Once things developed in a positive way we set off.

We spent the whole day riding along the St John River.  Sometimes on the road, sometimes on Qaud track and sometimes on trail.  Bottom line, what a great day.  Really enjoyable riding along this river valley.  Had a great breakfast stop and wouldn’t you know it by the time the day ended we had clocked over 100k.  Even got to see the longest covered bridge in the world.  Who knew?
