Making Time

I awoke to dry, calm conditions.  Forecast was good for the day.  It seems like the perfect day to make a little progress.

Good choice.  The hills were smaller and less frequent.  All coastal riding here with small towns every 10 to 15km.  Had a great lunch at a little restaurant along the route.  Any time I see a trucker stopped, I know it must be good.  Got a great chuckle out of the bathroom.  I rode pretty steady and by 4:00 I was pulling into my campsite at New Richmond.  Good thing too, the rain was just starting.  Made camp under my tarp, just in time.  More rain tonight. It’s supposed to be nice tomorrow.  We will see, we will see 🤞🤞
