Crank Day

We awoke by the sound of rain showers.  Quickly decided the best option was to head to Cornerbrook.  After about 2 1/2 hours of mixed gravel trail we were pulling into town.  First stop coffee and breakfast.  After that we headed to the bike shop.  First one for a while.  I needed chain oil and Davey was having problems with his crank.  Periodic clicking noise as he rode.  We all know how irritating those are.  Well it ended up being a bit of a wait at the shop and turned out to be his rear hub.  Long story short, they could not fix it so Davey is riding with a Dickey,  I mean Davey rear hub 🤞.

It was after 3:00 before we left so decided to take the road for the last 40k to Deer Lake.  Another day in the bank. 👍😎
