Change of Pace

This was a great change of pace. Roads definitely quieter, so I could enjoy the ride. Small little coastal villages along the shoreline. Can’t even see the north shore and eye Billy, you can smell the sea. Even the little towns are getting more and more nautical.
To be honest the Canadian Shield was starting to be a bit of a challenge. Basically most of the terrain since I left Manitoba has been Canadian Shield. While I love trees, lakes, swamps and rock, like anything you can get too much of a good thing.
This unexpected route along the St Laurence has been a great change of pace. And, it’s getting better and better as I work my way further out to the Gaspe proper. Well, matey, let’s see what we find tomorrow.
