Boreal Brain Fog🤔

96km of beautiful riding on the Cabot trail.  I don’t think it really sunk in until today.  Canada has a lot of Boreal Forrest and I’ve had the chance to ride it.  A lot.  I think it was getting a bit mentally challenging.  The Cabot trail seems to have lifted my brain fog. Even though the climbing has been hard the views have been spectacular. What an amazing place.  We got to basically spend the whole day in the National Park. And the great thing is by bike you get to take more in and stop more frequently.  It was a great day.
